    Default Training time

What time do you guys workout? Any body do fasted training?

I'm usually a noon workout guy, take my lunch break and head home to the garage gym and get it done. But I've been trying lately to get up early 5amish and get it done. I seem to feel better the earlier I workout but sometimes I'm sluggish getting started that early.

I like a lunch time workout. I go everyday then. Breaks up my day relieves stress.

I wake up at 4am. That gives me plenty of time. I like to run first to wake up, then lift. I am in the shower at 6 and working by 6:30 everyday.

I head to the gym after I get off work. Usually start about 6:30 PM and finish around 8:00 PM.

Varies for me. Mornings, anywhere from 5-8, every other week and evenings, 4:30 ish, every other week.

Morning workouts are always going to be considered fasted unless your get up and eat 1-2 hours before hitting the gym. Load up the night before with a pre bedtime snack.

I PR stuff on the reg in the morning.

Noon for me. Have done the 530am routine before but prefer splitting up the work day. I feel to have more energy at noon vs early morning.

Up at 4:30 to be at work by 6:00. Get home from work about 18:00. Eat supper and play with the youngins till about 20:30. Spend some time with the wife till 23:00. I go to bed dog tired and get enough workout during the day to count for something. Wish i had time to go to the gym like I used to but right now it aint a priority.

    5am and/or 8pm

Sneak out for a lunch run occasionally. Can do 4 miles, shower and eat in an hour.

Fasted, 4 days a week at 7 AM. I can't tell a difference in energy level or performance versus going in the afternoon.
