Default BBQ chicken yesterday and shicken salad and wings today.

Trying to get past the loss to the Gamecocks the only way I know........grilling yardbird !!!

Turkey is coming later in the week...........

    Heavy-handed on the rubs.

Ran it on this stuff........burned clean and temps steady and easily controlled......like any average lump...........but produced more ash than I expected.

    Ribs tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice work boss. I cooked 2 butts yesterday and pulled them off last night. Still in the cooler this morning. Gonna do sandwiches and hash for dinner. Your chicken always looks outstanding.

Looks great... only coal I'll use is BGE or Royal Oak which essentially is the same thing. I haven't tried the one you used though. I bought some cowboy brand last week and it was the worst shit I have used so far.

Fogo is the deal and there is a big difference between certain brands. B&B is probably the best for the money at the moment.
