    Default Bucktail Mold Question

So I bought a mold last year. I made a batch and the turned out pretty good but I don't think the hooks are big enough. When I put them in the mold and close it they will still shift a little causing them to be off center. I'm guessing I need a hook with a bigger diameter. Any ideas?

I'll be a product tester for you. I work on the rockfish pretty hard and fish bucktails for two months before live bait.

I'll tie you up a few. Caught a few on the ones I tied last year. Just ordered another mold.

Color doesn't matter. It's all about the trailer tail motion.

They'll hit a flip flop if you glue a decent trailer worm to it.

What have you found to be the most effective trailer? I've put flukes and curly tails on mine with pretty good success. To be honest I called a bunch up without any trailer

    Striper Striker worms.

I never use trailer hooks, and I honestly don't miss any fish when bucktail jigging. Looks like it would help with smaller fish though.
