They're foolish if they don't think they are better. They will have a time making up for the leadership they are loosing on both sides of the ball.

Because they want to see Meyer get his ass handed to him by Saban.

But the overall two best final games would be Bama/OSU and Bama/Clemson so, those two will fight it out to see who plays Bama. Michigan, PSU and Washington would al be crushed by Bama from the 4 spot.

Sure you would. 9 and 10 would have some argument over why not them instead of 8. Until there are definite requirements and not judgement calls, you will have issues.

We do not need an 8 team playoff. College football has the best regular season of any sport. It's a season long playoff. I think Clemson makes it in, but if they don't, it's their own fault. They lost control of their destiny when they lost at home to Pitt.

Those are the main stats that the committee will use to judge these teams. There is no way PSU is knocking Clemson out.
