Don't know what that is. Could be the wools, wolves, boils. I'm not that hungry, so that would defn end up in the ground.
Absolutely...any chance I can.
No, I don't give a crap about turkeys
Maybe, but it ain't the same as chasing in the spring
If one walks across me in the deer stand I'll kill Em.

It's just bot fly larvae, it's not in the meat. October squirrels still have them, but it won't hurt you. I ate October squirrels growing up. If you squeeze the lump the larvae will shoot out.
Poor maggots are getting cold now that Ol' Rocky went stiff.
We don't need a fall turkey season.
I saw a huge gobbler the other day sitting in the stand. His beard was dragging the ground but I didn't even want to shoot him. Just watched him for a while. Hopefully that's a good sign for spring.

Turkeys are more fun to shoot in the face when they are double gobbling ten steps from your gun barrel in a swamp bottom during late March or early April anyways.

Turkeys are fucking dumb.
No its not. It's fun to fish in the spring.
Believe that is not fly on that tree rat

Turkey hunted in the fall with dogs for about the last 15 years, if you have never done it you need to give it a try. Totally different experience. Those claiming it is too easy have not done it much. In favor of a fall season but will never happen again here under Mr. Ruths career.
Britton-Didn't kill a bird there this year, first morning in the deer stand with bow had two groups of gobblers come by me at less than 15 yards. One group of six jake and a halves with a dandy longbeard bring up the rear, then eleven longbeards forty five minutes later. Text Mr. Watkins and he told me to fill my tag if I wanted. Texted him back, nope want to hunt with the dogs. Think he appreciated that. Over the next three days we walked about twelve miles and the dogs finally flushed a flock that we sat on for about two hours, they never showed back up, heard them three times and then silence. Weather there had been extremely dry and birds could hear us coming a long ways off. One of the best parts of that trip is getting to visit his call cabinet and picking out a couple to bring home. He is a fine gentleman.
