    Default Quail

Had the opportunity to hunt Waylon while in MO. Hadn't worked upland in a while and after one bird he took right to it like we did it every week. My grandfather always referred to quail hunting as the "king of all hunting." Proud of the work my man did and wish I would have been able to experience the quail hunting of the old days.

It absolutely is the king of all hunting imo. Very nice. I cannot wait to see the gsp's work out west in 2 short months.

Good job Matt, nothing like a covey rise over your own dog.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
