Again, this is what it all boils down to. Its got nothing to do with whether the dude was Bowfishing, gigging, or whatever. It's got everything to do with common courtesy......

I find it interesting that everyone knows exactly who it is with no details other than it was in the Charleston area and he was rigged like a bowfishing boat. There were two "bowfishing" boats out there that night, one I only saw on the way back to the landing, it was not the same boat that was disrespectful.
