    Lynches River has always been a hit or miss for myself. Any of you guys ever tried Lynches out?

    I thought that was the case no matter where you hunt? Even down to every shot that's fired.. You either hit them, or miss.. There is no in between

    I'd say for any shooting usually ends in a hit or miss. I hunt a private swamp off the lynches. I've learned when the river is flooded go somewhere else. There's so much fresh flooded areas that the ducks won't be in the usual spots. That's usually how I try to avoid the "misses".

    You gotta follow thru with your shots and shoot three times no matter what. That's how you avoid misses.

    Woodies are about all you will kill. I hunt a corn impoundment 50 yards off of of the river. We'll hold 750 woodies and nary another duck.
