Offensive tackle Shell selected by Jets in fifth round, Adams to Giants in sixth round
Former South Carolina All American Pharoh Cooper was the first Gamecock selected in the 2016 NFL Draft.
Cooper will take his versatility west after being selected in the 4th round (117th overall) by the Los Angeles Rams. USC's biggest offensive threat in 2015 will now be catching passes from the number one pick in the draft, Cal quarterback Jared Goff.
Cooper was Mr. Everything at South Carolina. He caught passes, returned kicks, threw touchdowns, and ran the football out of the wild cat formation.
Offensive tackle Brandon Shell will take his talents north. The New York Jets traded up in the fifth round to snag Shell with the 158th pick.
Tight end Jerell Adams long wait ended in the sixth round when he was selected by the New York Giants.
The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.
