    Default Strippers in the rain

Anyone have an opinion of striper fishing in the rain. Supposed to be going out this morning on Murray. The guide says they don't bite in the rain. True story or fair weather fisherman?

The nastier the weather, the better stripers bite.

I'd say it would have more to do with pressure falling and wind out of the East or Northeast than the rain....
