    Got to hate that

A friend of mine works for Sea Tow and said that the majority of the time between the time they get the call and the time they arrive a race to finish the cooler has occurred.

I'm assuming he was hauling tail. Running through there on a high tide in a skiff would be sketchy.

My buddy ran my boat around in Bluffton last week. He said, "Let me drive, I know this area and it can be tricky."

I handed over the controls, and the odd fucker sped up. He was running about 28, the water read deep on the Garmin charts and sonar. Then, all of a sudden, we were at a dead stop.

Thankfully, it was pluffmud. After about 10 minutes or so, we were able to work the boat off of it. I was kinda pissed and needless to say, he didn't drive anymore.
