    Default truck insurance

    got rear ended april 1st of this year and they totaled my truck out and cut me a check...

    bought the truck back for less than 1000$ and fixed it for less 50$..

    got rear ended again today and did the same amount if not more damage to the truck..frame is bent where she hit the hitch..fixed the left side before with a comealong but now since the truck is a salvaged truck

    what will the insurance do or what can they do?

    they function well..but when both ppl that hit me were playing on the cell phone they dont see them.

    What type of insurance does she have and what type do you have? I'm talking liability/collison? Was she insured?

    Warning: I'm about half lit right now, but if she was at fault and properly insured, then her company should fix your truck. I'll review my asnwer tommorrow.

    Once they find out that the title is stamped salvage they will offer you what its worth as a rebuilt salvage truck. The value will be considerably lower vs what you got the on the first accident. Just buy it back and keep riding.
