I was coming back from my lakehouse Saturday afternoon and a red Dodge pickup passed me with this sticker on the window.What in the hell has happened to us?Makes me want to vomit.

That is ridiculous. How do they get away with the shoot as many as you please policy. That seems illegal to me just because ducks are migratory. There is no way to prove that they are released other than they come into loafed bread rather than decoys and calling. I wouldn't think you could get a preserve permit for waterfowling. Just plain sucks that people pay to hunt like that.
