Yeah it is easy and very good information for those reporting, and for Drew they are all mostly on private land and Bear Island. Not to be a dick but 80 were transmitted this summer all around the Combahee River, Nemours is the one hosting the study and the Graduate student.

Killed a drake ringneck in South Carolina 2 years ago that had the same thing. Double banded with $100.00 reward band and the trcking device. Came from Minnesota.
