I went to public school. It was decent when I went. However, the schools are not as good here as they were 15 years ago. I sent the kids to private school last year, would love to keep them there, but since their father won't help any, will have to put them back in public school at least for next year. I would love to home school as an alternative, but it's not feasable at this time My 10 year old really wants to go back to private school and my 8 year old would rather go back or be home schooled. The majority of the kids in our district don't care if they get an education or not, so they don't care if others do or not. My kids liked the structure and atmosphere of learning behavior that the private school had vs the public.
