    Default Kansas Deer Hunt

    Have family in Kansas and I am contemplating my first trip out there to deer hunt. Talk to my mother's cousin every year and they kill/see 140 and up bucks on a regular basis. I know the process (lottery) for drawing a tag, just curious if anyone has put in for a draw and if so how there luck was.
    They got rid of the transferable landowner permits a few years ago and went to the lottery. Just looking for any personal experiences or advice.
