Just following along with the current testimony, I would be shocked if he was found guilty now. The porn stars attorney at the time is saying the payment was not "hush money". He insists it was a "consideration" payment which is defined as a legal contractual payment. And Trump classified it as a legal expense. All the other BS about a conspiracy is fluff. He's not being charged with conspiracy.
And defendant are generally allowed to speak freely in their defense. Gagging the defendant is just dumb. If he does get convicted, that in itself will bode well in his favor when he says he didn't get a fair trial. Michael Cohen is publicly blasting Trump. If the gag order would apply, it should be to witnesses.
Maybe, just maybe because the Judge told him the order includes not speaking about any witness in the case
and he walks outside and says to the press "what about the liar Michael Cohen's 900 lies he told to congress?"
In a nutshell, he is violating the gag order and probably will continue to do so, because he always has to have the last word.
Maybe he will talk crap about the Judge's daughter again, I am sure that will work out great for him.
Trump is going to do Trump stuff, why act surprise when he gets fines for doing exactly what the Judge told him not to do?
I think he will be found not guilty in this case, despite him trying to aid the prosecutor every chance he gets

He won't be found guilty or not guilty.
It'll be a hung jury.
