I don't either, pollen caught me for the first time in years though. I get all nerdy with neti pots, take care of myself, all of that.. But my face started getting all poofy and hazy, by Sunday I thought it was just the cornucopia of shit that I ate.. I started taking an antihistamine that afternoon.. cool now, but I don't like to take meds. Hopefully that'll be a one and done.

That’s probably why you don’t get sick. I believe you about the vitamins etc, but I’m calling bullshit on the LSD.

A client of mine died from sepsis brought on by it last week. 49yo, two teenage girls. Dead within 48hrs. Don’t wait to get to the Dr.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I got the Flu B a couple weeks ago. Had the chills bad and fever, so I worked from home for a day and a half so as not to get the folks around the office sick. Started with a dry cough on a Saturday night. That Wednesday I ran down and pulled the rest of the boards out of a pond. Walking the dike had me out of breath. I wound up seeing the doc that afternoon and they gave me a coupon and script for xofluza (sp?). It was one pill, $90 before coupon, $30 after. Powerfull stuff... Thursday I was on the mend, but everything starting tasting metallic-y. Worked a little Thursday, got my appetite back Friday and went back to full swing.

Now, a week later, my left ear is clogged up, but that could be the yellow crap flying about out there. My taste is getting back to normal, also. First time I've had the flu in about 10 years or so. I'd have sworn it was the covid again.

Bear grease is said to have healing properties well beyond the masking of pain...

I rubbed some on my driver face, hopefully it'll kick in on this back nine.

Something about horses and water comes to mind.

my shoulder feels better than Gbelly's.
Why would i let a doc mess with it to hurt worse?

    Hmmmmm

Ostarine would've negated my pain and yes, soccer. I was a throw in specialist.

before i get misread, i'm not against anything that makes people feel better but i dont take turmeric or vit D that are both "proven to work" on the internet. I admit I ask my brother and some things and he leads me in the direction I have chosen. (he thinks people being told to take vit D need to change doctors).

and, lastly, I just dont have the ability to stay out of works for weeks at a time. at this point, i am able to do my job without much pain so i do that.

    for now.

so stop with the curmudgeon shit. its a conscious decision.

I’m on day 5 of Flu B and I still feel like crap. I’ve coughed up enough yellow/green/brown stuff to fill a solo cup.

    The flu sucks.

2th you need to suck it up and go get your shoulder fixed. You’re going to wish you had it done sooner. Pain sucks.
