I've had about all of them. I keep gradating back to the cheap cotton camp gloves with the long gauntlet. Turkeys, deer, ducks... I don't drive the boat to hunt ducks anymore so I don't use the neoprene ones I have...

Man, Ive spent way too much money finding the answer to your question.
What I found is this:
A pair of heavy waterproof gloves for driving the boat and picking up decoys, and a pair of light weight gloves w/ handwarmers in my pockets for shooting.
We went out west recently and hunted temps in the teens and twenties. My pair of firstlite merino wool half finger gloves with handwarmers did just fine for the entire hunt.
