I see a pump control panel in that picture. Are you pumping to a remote drain field or is that a STEP system that is in fact pumping to the public wastewater system? If it’s the latter, then they are conducting inspections to try to eliminate inflow and infiltration and looking at your access you are definitely contributing to it.
