The 1st Amendment is Dead
Whether you like the kid or not he has a right to speak his mind. He is literally going to jail for 60 days, and the judge said in the case it was over his speech......
This insane. This comes on the heels of Douglas Macky going to jail for a meme about Hildbeast.
In case you're not familiar with what happened was. He stood up and made remarks out of turn while Jerry Nadler was accusing Trump of some nonsense we all knew was fake at the time but has been proven to be false now. Ok, that was wrong. He was escorted out of the meeting and told he could not speak inside the capitol again. So he shows up with a piece of duct tape on his mouth that said no free speech. Never said a word. Cops arrest him, for violating the gag order...even though he didnt violate it.
During the sentencing phase he was told he could not go inside any capitol property. J s I x roles around, he never goes inside, but is out side originally chanting 1776, then when people started to breech the capitol he stopped and started trying to keep people from going inside the capitol. He never went inside the capitol. However the judge said he was standing on the stairs, and that was part of the capitol building and chanting 1776. Now this is the important part. The judge referenced multiple times it was the speech part that was the part that was wrong and admitted the kid didnt break the original arrangement, but the judge didnt like the chant 1776.
So while Hamas supporters can go inside the capitol and chant death to certain members of congress, and to America. That is free speech, but reference 1776 and you're now a free speech terrorist.

Yup, he's crazy...
like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.
