Haven't seen one.
Very cool.
I'm with the dentist, never seen or heard of one. Cool catch but I like a spotted better.
Di you eat them? I've always been amazed the spotted trout are one of my favorites but weakfish (to me anyway) aren't worth keeping.

We caught a speckled trout on Sunday that didn't have any spots, it was a first.
Looked sorta like that thing
I caught one Monday between IOP and Moore’s on a DOA. Speckled trout bite was hot on live shrimp and DOA’s.
Never seen one of those before.
