BBQ package

Me and The Briny Swine put a package together. Up for grabs is:
1. Two briskets (8lbs each cooked weight)
2. Four smoked pork butts (whole or pulled and sealed)
3. 5lbs house smoked sausages
4. Gallon of red sauce (canned in quarts)

Caveat to this is the winner will have to wait till November to collect. The next two months for me are kinda crazy. Pick-up will be in Edisto or I can meet in Charleston, or somewhere along the way in my journeys this fall/winter. If you want to table this for your beach vacation next summer I have no problem with that. I can have it hot and fresh if schedules allow or I can have things vacuum sealed and frozen with reheating instructions for you. I'll also need a week or two advance notice for scheduling please.

Can the buyer split into 2 or 3 pickups on different weekends if picking up at the Briny Swine? I don’t have enough friends to eat all that at one time

Yes that would be okay. I would rather not string it out much more than a year though.
