For my submission, my favorite food group, Buffet Plates.

First is Pork Chop Tuesday. Plate is composed of 3 pork chops, limas, rice and stewed mater's, mac and cheese and fried okras. I'll do two of these plates and wrap up with some nanner pudding, and/or strawberry shortcake.

Second, is Big D's. There's a lot going on there. probably 1/2lb of bbq, 3-4 ribs, pilau (doused in the rib sauce), sweet tater casserole, a fried chicken thigh, livers and gizzards, and some slaw to cool off the sauce. Always wrap that up with a bowl of nanner pudding. If they've got the big plates out, I'll only do one plate there. If there's only small plates, it's a two to three tripper to the line.
