    Default "The Band"

I pulled up my all time favorite Christmas tune tonight and had really forgotten just how good these guys were together.
Nothing captures the reason for the season like this song

Saw an interview with Levon where he explained how he wrote songs specifically to allow him to play the drums and still sing lead vocals. He was an amazing talent.

levon was the heart and soul of the band. if anyone hasn't seen the last waltz then go ahead and pour a drink and watch it tonight.

robbie robertson was the reason for the downfall of the band. fuck that guy

Listened to a live show they did with Bob Dylan. Never was a big Dylan fan but that was a good show.

Is it any good? I’ve heard mixed reviews. Mainly from people not possessing a pallet.

I posted it because I know the two owners, and the name.. it's spelled different but fans of The Band should get it. One of the partners and I went to high school together, and I always had the Band playing.. the live album with Dylan, the greatest, or The Waltz.. I had the Waltz on vinyl and a large set up at my lake house. When "Ru Ru" told me about the name of his whiskey we both smiled.. Dave is a cool guy as well, hadn't seen him in several years until some golf thing recently

    I could never stand bourbon

    And Ziggy is right
