My BPS forearm and stock started coming apart and got really sticky like they do sometimes. Anyway, I broke the gun down sometime back and ordered new parts. I got them in today and put the gun back together and have somehow ended up with a part that I have no idea where it came from.
The forearm will not cycle down without binding against something, so I am assuming it goes on the forearm assembly somewhere. I can't make it really "fit" anywhere and it is not shown on any Browning BPS exploded parts diagram that I can find online. I have accounted for every single piece of the gun with the exception of this particular part.
I am assuming the gun not operating correctly is because of this, but don't really know.
I am also 100% positive this piece came off this gun.
