    In Federal court? I wouldn't take that risk.

    The government is going to present a case that not only did the perps blatantly break the law by shooting a flyway wide Federally protected species, but they shot and crippled 2 others without making an attempt to retrieve the wounded animals to put them out of their misery. Federal Judges have a lot of leeway. Try to fight it by playing dumb, get the wrong Judge and it could be a VERY painful experience for these guys.

    I wouldn't either, but I'm not your average retard.

    Stranger things have happened than a lawyer winning some kind of case like this.
