    Default Interesting: Single Shot Trust

I got this in an email from Silencer Shop.

The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

This sounds simple and looks like it takes away a lot of the headache associated with NFA trusts. I would be interested to hear what some of the guys on here, with conventional trusts, think about it.

The part about adding an taking away people with out finger prints and or photo id part.....

A gun trust lawyer an I were debating this part the other day.

His argument is you can do just what SS is preposing. I argue the whole reason for 41f was to be sure a felon could not be in possession of a NFA item or for that matter any title 1 gun. Wether it is illegal or not for him to be in possession of it he or she can weld the trust an the trust can buy said title 1 or 2 item.

This was the big to do last july 14. The law hasn't changed but all of a sudden several gun lawyers said you can do this.

Either way even if it is technically legal I look for the ATF to make a ruling very quickly and say no mo.

But who knows maybe the Trump admin told them to do it this away.

As far as the concept of each item being controlled by a trust sure there is nothing wrong with that, but I remind all of you.

A trust is a entity not a individual as such a trust has no "rights" there fore laws can be made to regulate such entities on a whim an there is nothing we can do.
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.
