Beretta a400 not cycling

Ive taken it all apart and cleaned it and it still wont cycle the target loads but will with high brass.

Have the gas ports drilled out on it. I've got a 20 gauge that I had to do that to. If you're anywhere near Backwoods Quail Club, run by there, and they'll do it for you.

There is no spring in the stock on a A400

1 something up with your gas ports
2 not holding it tight enough
