Goodness gracious these things are good!! And the leftover ham sandwiches are hard to beat. Will be putting a couple in the freezer for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

SO, if I take 100 pound (live weight) deer to this joint and get 2 hams and the rest in standard shit, how much will that cost? I may make Britton take me to shoot a doe up that way
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands

I dropped one off two weeks ago. I cleaned and quartered her myself and took the meat. Had burger, cube steak, stew meat and summer sausage made for $54.00.

Here's their pricing chart. The $50 deposit is false. You don't have to put down a dime if you don't want to.

I dropped off the wife's 90# doe off just last week. Cleaned and quartered before I dropped it off.

Loins, 5# breakfast sausage per the wife's request, honey baked (spiral cut) ham, and the remainder in burger (w/ beef fat added).

I'll let you know what the bill ends up being.

ETA: They just called. $91 out the door.

The folks that own/run/work that place are second to none.

I drove an hour one way to drop that deer off and will do it again at least once between now and the end of the year.

It gets pricey if you don't clean them first, but convenience (their time) is worth something.

I don't take my deer anywhere else. Period.

this was my first time using them myself. But I will continue to take them all to them. It's a little over an hour for me as well. I also clean my own and take it to them quartered. Probably helps on pricing a good bit

I have a good processor down the road from my house ... But everyone keeps talking about this ham and I'm pretty sure I'll be taking a deer to them before the season is out.
