Because there isn't a fucking pine tree to be seen. Nothing but beans and cotton to eat all spring and summer and acorns the rest of the year. Oh and the alluvial soils are chock full of minerals and the good nematodes.

I got 2 logging crews on the way,rented a D10 and (3) big ass excavators dig stumps and level.Clear cut and plant crops. Let the deer bed on neighbors land and come eat at night .

yah. I heard that. they could close season for the next 3 years and have the same #'s of deer killed.
