I think you misread. The captain, mate, angler, gaffman, leader man are "getting it done". What about the other 16 guys on the boat who are just there to watch?

Nowhere in there did anyone say it ain't cool to show up and party at that tournament. That still doesn't aswage the humor of 13 or 14 guys on that boat. [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Skinee pretty much laid it out for you. Generally, there are two, MAYBE three guys who do ALL the work. The rest are friends or business acquintences of the owner that show up to party. There might be a couple of guys who now a LITTLE something about fishing and hopefully, someone brought a camera. A lot of guys will tell you they are good, but the fact is good mates and captains are few and far between.

Outerbanks Outfitters make a fortune on the sale of extra life vests during that tournament.
