    I had to modify this one.

    1 PC (115/75)
    2 DL
    3 HSPU
    4 pull-ups
    5 (Golden) ring dips
    6 burpees
    7 DU
    8 KBS (53/35)
    9 push-ups
    10 box jumps (24/20) (lords a leaping)
    11 toes to bar
    12 alt lunge in place with front rack (115/75)

    The original is one bar at the same weight with 12 different lifts.

    Rx at 95/65

    1 Deadlift
    2 Hang Pwr Clean
    3 Front Sq
    4 Sh Press
    5 Back Sq
    6 Push Press
    7 Thrusters
    8 Sq cleans
    9 Push jerks
    10 Hang power snatch
    11 OHS
    12 SDHP

    1
    2,1
    3,2,1
    4,3,2,1 etc

    Yea, I struggled enough with the one I did. I've got a long way to go to hit that... but I'm moving forward.

    I just finished and was so sweaty I got in the shower to dry off

    100 meter run
    2 wall balls (20)
    3 DB hang power cleans (50)
    4 pull-ups
    5 box jumps (24")
    6 hand release push ups
    7 toes to bar
    8 goblet squats (1.5 pood)
    9 KB swings (1.5)
    10 DB lunges (50)
    11 burpees
    12 DB snatch (50)

    4 kettle bell snatches (55lb)
    5 handstand push ups
    6 pull ups

    12 burpee box jumps
