    cup of soy
    1/3 cup of tery
    12tlbs of brown sugar
    5tbls of garlic powder
    2tbls of tobasco
    couple shakes of montreal

    real good on pork tenderloin and steaks.
    It will make you shake a stick at your mamma
    P.S. you can add more or less tery to taste.

    Tried a new one last night.

    Tequila & Lime Marinade purchased from the local Kroger Sav-on.

    Put it on some thick cut pork chops for about 2 hours prior to grilling. Then threw the pork chops on the Holland for 26 minutes. It was good eating.

    Worth a shot if your culinary expeditions are in a rut these days.
