    i saw your post and it gave me the idea to make some as well. They were awesome, my wife and daughter ate them as fast as I could cook them.

    1 lb bulk deer sausage
    4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
    3 cups bisquik
    Mix all together
    Preheat oven to 400
    Make balls and bake 12 to 18 minutes depending on the size.
    He would have been nice next year.

    Better than that was the saturday night live episode when alec baldwin was the host and did the skit about his famous sweady balls.
    He would have been nice next year.

    LMAO.

    Met Isaac Hayes (voice of Chef) on an airplane to Greenville of all places. He was a cool guy. Said that he gets more acclaim as the voice of Chef than for all the Grammy awards for "Shaft" etc,etc.

    We had a drink to old Chef and laughed our asses off.
