Wear a life jacket. Take extra clothes.
I hear they got a 700 pounder out there
Windows Down!
I have heard there are most excellent clams in the creeks adjacent to North Isle.
what is the best landing to use? we were planning on taking 2 boats, a big jon and my 19' bay boat.
S. Island or the ballfield.
If you can get a pass for the gate at Debbiedoo, that's where you want to launch.
Clams, eh? I am already thinking about ershters...

I took my dogs two years ago and went on a sat am. I highly suggest you go the first day you can hunt. There isn't a ton of high/not marsh land and once several packs of dogs are turned loose those hogs move to other surrounding islands. ( that you can't hunt). Have good tracking system and be careful of other hunters taking your dogs. I ran one group down that had my dog and were about to leave in the boat.
we have gps trackers with shock collars.
thanks for the info.
Check out the wigeon pond while you're in there.
