Ex Marine and huge supporter of the local LEOs. Good guy. His 4th of July party is a good one- complete with fireworks, full auto weapons and Tannerite for eveyone at the finale...
That said, IMHO, the ammo is merely a customized Barnes X type all copper hollow point.. It's not even a +P rate round in 9mm .... I understand he is developing loads for other cartridges.. time will tell if it is any more effective than current ammo.
