    Ive got a 835 that I am going to turkey hunt with this year and was wandering if any of you guys have patterned one and what results did you have. Ive got the turkey choke that it came with but havent had time to shot it yet but will before season. Any other choke suggestions?

    DMP, I've got a XXFull Comp N Choke for an 835 lying around here somewhere, if you're interested, I'll see if I can find it and let it go at a good price. They're around $60 new. This choke with 3.5 #5's Winchester HV are unstoppable. I'm talking 70+ in the turkey head target. I got rid of my 835 and bought an 870 turkey with pistol grip. I like it but it doesn't pattern nearly as well as the 835!
