definitely the best thing i have discovered in a while...
heat oven to 415. cut up your turnips and sprinkle some olive oil on them. stir them around to coat all turnips with olive oil. i added a few spoon fulls of real bacon bits, but thats optional. salt, pepper, and alittle seasoning salt...... cook until tender. stiring around about every 10-15 minutes. should take about 40 minutes total but that will depend on how much you are cooking and how big you cut them.
they have the consistency of a potato, but far more flavor. not quite as bitter as a boiled turnip, but the same distinct taste....
