Go on and apply for an out of state PA permit. Covers GA and they must issue it. Wasn't that expensive either.

If I remember correctly, PA's law was changed and you have to appear in person to apply for a non-resident CWP. The fee has also been raised from $26 to $100, or something close.

You can also do New Hampshire by mail. $25 I think and GA recognizes it.

I think Oregon recognizes the most # of states. Seems like this was the info I had from a guy and his Dad that just applied. I dunno, worth looking into.

Its mutaul. We don't recognize theirs so they don't ours.
The guy who put on my class said they held a lower standard than SC so we didn't honor theirs. Who knows

I picked up a UT CWP for that reason.

    Yup.

I went that route a LONG time ago. Even got a renewal. Missed out on the last renewal and it's now expired.

    $100 now
If it ain\'t accurate at long distance, then the fact that it is flat shooting is meaningless.

Go with AZ. No additional classes, good for 5 years between renewals and only costs $60. Just go to the AZ site and request an application kit. The SC CWP course (and even the SC Hunter Ed Course) counts for the educational requirement.

Here's a good link to see what states it adds to SC: CWP MAP

Same here. Also, if I remember correctly, you can get the UT without having your resident permit. SC won't recognize it, but Georgia does.
