the big one took about 3 hours from start to clean up and in the freezer. the smaller one took about 2. my two helpers had one under their belts by the time we got to the second one and it was smaller and easier to move around so it went a little faster...... also, they wanted to do rugs and full body mounts so we had to cape them all the way down to the feets...and we took extra care not to poke any holes in the skin
