Got a four pound pork tender loin. Gonna cook it on the grill tomorrow. Tell me how I should cook it. Im thinking on cutting some slits in it and inserting bell pepper slices and wrapping it in bacon and letting it.slow.cook at about 250 for a few hours. Steer me in the right direction. Gas grill

boy o boy was this thing good.... all i did was sear it on all four sides, cut a few slits in it and insert some bell pepper slices, rubbed it with some "butt rub" then wrapped it in some bacon, covered in tin foil, and cooked on the grill for about 4 hours at about 250-275..... damn thing would about melt in your mouth. cant wait to eat the left overs at lunch.
