    Default Virginia Beach

Me and the wife are leaving for virgina beach in the morning for our one year anniversary. I was just curious if any of y'all have ever been up there and had any recommendations of things to do and places to eat. She's been all over the damn country and hasn't been to Virginia so that's where she decided to go.

Don't remember much but I went when I was 11-12 about 15 years ago. I got sun poisoning on that trip but still had fun. Enjoy your anniversary. I'm getting married myself in 2 weeks.

Lived there for a few years and still go there on business monthly. Go down to the restaurants at Rudee Inlet. Rudee's is good, Rockafella's is good, Lynnhaven Fishhouse is pricier but the best.

There is a cool decoy museum down there right on the water.

I was stationed there in the late 80's. I didn't like it. Won't be going back. I am sure there is stuff to do and eat though. Congrats on making it a year!
