Winter Bassing?

You boys been catching any? I would say the fish are as screwed up as the ducks. I did manage 2 fish this weekend, too hot to hunt.

The first fish is approx 6-7lber, the second every bit of 3 lbs. The pics didn't do their bellies any justice, they were little footballs. In 5 feet of water.

but kneedeep is a bass fishing SOB...i give him that. Granted, he couldn't outfish artdevilish, but he would give him a good run.

It rained like pouring piss out of a boot, we had just taken the rain jackets off, hence the very lite weight, trunk-like shorts.

After admiring the fish, I saw your head and was trying to figure out if that was your afro or an outcropping of deciduous trees across the lake, then, the beer can made me wonder why the heck I was working today, then I saw your maxi-pad falling out of your pocket and then noticed that your shirt was wet, only at the bottom.
