10ft jon boat
My 10 foot boat sits in my back yard on its little trailer and just gets used for fishing in ponds but next season I think it will come in handy and I got to thinking It would get me a lot of places I can't get to in my boat now. What kind of motor would you guys run on it? I was looking at one of those 6.5 long tails but I have not the slightest idea.

Look at 7 Marine. They make a nice little outboard that is exactly what you need.
I take an PLB in the shower with me. Can't ever be too safe.
