    Default Coconut Milk

Got this at the local Hippie Store. I enjoy coconut milk--thought this might fit into the Paleo diet--What say y'all?

I thought organic dried cane syrup was on the same level as honey?

    Noooope.

    Cane sugar = processed.

    Honey is mostly water.

    That's what I thought.

I still try to use honey sparingly.

I figure if I allow myself to drink as much beer as I want, I've got to give up some other stuff.
