Weekend Reports from 9/25-/9/26

Hunted Orangeburg County near Branchville Friday and Saturday evenings. Worked National Hunting and Fishing Day on Saturday during the day. Friday evening, saw 4 does at 7:00 pm. Shot the largest; 90 lbs. at 200 yards. Saturday, sat a different stand and saw nothing. They guy who sat the stand I was in Friday shot at 2 does 4 times and missed every shot. Unlucky. Hope everyone did well even with the bright moon.

Hunted saturday in Kershaw county and didn't see a thing. I've had to rework all of my stand sites due to a bunch of big oaks falling all around them.I used to have these deer patterned but all of these downed trees has got them using different routes.
