The $175M isn't a fine that he pays, it just a bond that allows the appeal.
If he loses the appeal (and I hope he doesn't) the $475M is demanded again.
I hope at a minimum, the appeals court reduces the fine
In other news, the criminal trial date is set for 4/15 and he is already pissing that judge off too with his grandstanding.
He's going to need better lawyers if he keeps running his mouth
