When I was fishing on the Super Cooper Thursday, there was a white air boat aimlessly spraying the rice field by the power lines. Was that DNR? Anybody have any idea?

When I was fishing on the Super Cooper Thursday, there was a white air boat aimlessly spraying the rice field by the power lines. Was that DNR? Anybody have any idea?
When I was younger I always used to hear that practice makes perfect. Later I heard that nobody's perfect. So, I just stopped practicing.
