I deccided to to cook some ribs on the Primo yesterday evening for dinner and have the family over. I cooked 1 slab of spares and 2 slabs of baby backs. Used the 2-2-1 method. Each one had a different rub on it and when it was time to foil I used something different each one again. One was just rub and a good dark beer, the other was rub and some apple juice, and the last was brown sugar and honey and butter along with some more of its rub. To say these were good would be and understatement. I truly feel like I have a great tasting method and recipe for some delicious ribs. Also served them with fresh grilled corn that I like to slice off the cob. Also some fresh steamed vegetables. The one slab on the right in the finished pic is the one I used Brown sugar on. It loks a little*darker than it actually was. It had the prettiest glave I have made on it.
